They will advise on how to outstrip rivals, plan exhibitions, motivate teams and "communicate your message internally and externally".
Picon's business development manager Paul Evans said the courses were for people involved in business planning, marketing, sales and support.
Courses cost 200 or 165 for Picon members and run in Sheffield on 24 January and in Oxford on 26 January.
