Turnover was up over 350% to 2.5m, aided by 1.7m gained from acquisitions, but the group recorded a 1.7m pre-tax loss, down 700,000 on the previous 11-month accounting period.
The firm is proposing to change its name to Documedia Solutions to highlight its change of focus to digital printing. Revenues so far this year have put it on course for 10m turnover.
Chairman Warren Tayler admitted that printings uptake of e-commerce software had been disappointing: "Theres no point in trying to go uphill when the market isnt ready," he said, "so we have bought historical businesses where the customers are already there."
