The deal includes a 10 year, 250m outsourcing contract while HSBC's statement production staff will transfer to Communisis today (16 January).
According to Communisis, the contract is part of a strategy to partner with major financial institutions and help manage key areas of their customer communications.
Communisis plans to open a purpose-built facility in Liverpool in 2007, a key part of its contract with HSBC.
