The firm, based in Maida Vale, specialises in high-end event graphics, point of sale, fine art and design work offering a high-quality, fast turnaround bespoke service including installation.

"The Rastek is our first flatbed, and we needed a machine that combined that with a roll-to-roll capability to handle all our work," said finance director Michaela Chandler. "It suited us perfectly. It’s a really solid machine, we’re really happy with it. It produces great quality and has allowed us to be more competitive."

Coloursonic is using the machine’s white ink capability to offer clients a wider range of finishes.

The success of the machine has led the firm to look at adding an additional shift to meet increased demand, according to Chandler.
