Pickles joined the company in 2007 and brings with him many years of experience in the printing industry.

Jamie Court, managing director of the Leicester-based company, said: "We appointed Alan as operations director due to his fresh forward-thinking ideas and high reputation within the print industry.

The £2m-turnover business works predominantly with the pharmaceutical industry offering miniature die-cutting and boasts an arsenal of over 60 machines.
