Bath-based Claritum attributes the surge in interest to organisations' growing demand for cost savings and process efficiencies.
The company claims to have saved clients up to 25% off their print spend as a result of efficiency savings achieved via its print procurement software.
The software is designed to streamline the processes involved in procuring, managing and paying for a broad range of printed materials.
James Samuels, director of Claritum, said: "We have seen good first-quarter results, and our sales pipeline is increasing by the day.
"The growth can be attributed to a combination of economic downturn, our market leading status, and increasing evidence of cost savings."
Claritum is experiencing growth both in the UK and overseas, in markets including mainland Europe, the US and Australia.
"We are having to take on more employees and expanding office space to cope with demand," added Samuels.
Claritum's customers include not-for-profit organisations, business process outsourcers, print managers, printers and their suppliers.
