The Peterborough-based company produced 12,000 of the packs, which included matt lamination, spot UV varnishing along with 6pp and 8pp booklets.
Cityprint managing director Martin Neale said: "Although we do work for design agencies this was the biggest job that we had designed. We were just given a one-page brief and the final product looked superb. People want more than high-quality four-colour printing."
The promotional packs were designed and produced to a tight deadline to meet Thomas Cooks timetable for the launch of its service at an industry exhibition at Londons Earls Court.
Thomas Cook marketing manager Nikki Hilton said that the quality of Cityprints graphic design was "outstanding" and that the level of service had impressed Thomas Cook.
The family-owned company, which has 12 staff, runs a four-colour Komori Lithrone SRA2 press with HighWater CTP system.
It set up its dedicated design department 14 months ago.
