The Midlands-based company has also celebrated 50 years in the print industry, with a visit from the mayor of Warwick.
Cllr Trudy Offer cut the ribbon on the machine, which will be used to produce greetings cards.
Managing director Duncan Midwood said:"The photo finishing industry has moved on incredibly quickly in recent years and many of our competitors have struggled to make the transition from analogue to digital.
"It’s a real testament to CeWe’s ability to adapt and evolve that not only are we still trading, but we’re still pushing the boundaries and innovating.
"We’re incredibly proud to be unveiling our cutting-edge Card Town technology after significant investment into its development. It means greater job security for our staff and more choice and better quality for our customers."
The machine can produce around 6,000 A4 sheets an hour.
CeWe Colour offers prints, photo books, photo calendars, canvases, greetings cards and photo gifts. It produces in excess of 30m prints per annum, 300,000 photo books and 120,000 calendars.
