As a result the Manchester operation will now be able to offer a B1 cutting and creasing service to its customers.
The firm will continue to trade as Celloglas, but will now have the addition of the four staff from Specialised's cutting and creasing team.
Celloglas Manchester factory manager Chris Church said the addition of Specialised would add to the company's existing processes, creating a one-stop shop.
Celloglas will now offer lamination, spot UV varnishing, silver latex, guillotining up to B1, cutting and creasing up to B1, automated folder make-up (up to 12mm) and 24-hour working.
