Caslon, who is chairman of finishing, thermography and letterpress specialist Caslon, will hold the role until June 2007.

"It is my intention to further grow the profile and reputation of Picon within the industry, explore new avenues, continue to foster our networking opportunities and open new doors wherever possible," said Caslon (pictured).

Outgoing chairman Martyn Elmy, director, Marlowe Graphic Services, will continue as chairman of PrintIT!, the industry initiative to attract young people to print.
