Business Continuity will handle the work, which includes 600,000 pages per week for the group, until a new supplier is found.
BemroseBooth fell into administration on 28 June, although administrators at David Rubin & Partner have since revealed that a potential sale is now at the contract stage.
Danny Brock, managing director of Business Continuity, said: "A contingency contract was in place, which was invoked, to provide printing, mailing, letters and statements as part of the back-up service. This involves producing 100,000 pages a day, six days a week."
He said that by having the contingency plan in place, Home Retail Group customers would continue to receive print and mail services, such as letters and statements.
"Companies often don’t realise just how important it is to have emergency planning in place, but fortunately, this was not the case on this occasion," Brock added.
Mike Palmer, head of financial services operations at Home Retail Group is currently working at the Business Continuity offices in Northampton.
He said: "In difficult circumstances, we have been so pleased with the way that Business Continuity staff rallied around to ensure that our customers are receiving an extremely effective, ongoing service. There was minimal disruption to service."
