The east London-based company, which fills around 400 jobs a year for the likes of Océ and St Ives, said it wanted to improve networking opportunities and gain business advice.
Managing director Mark Lennard said: "The BPIF is a big player and can advise us about the industry and help us get more involved.
"We are growing rapidly and so is our reputation for recruitment services in our industry sectors."
BPIF chief executive Michael Johnson said: "We will work working closely with JPL Group to help in its continued expansion."
The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) has also welcomed JPL Group as a new member, and said it will work with it on its representation in the sector.
Mike Barnes, the DMA's director of marketing and new business development, said: "Recruitment is a vital service and JPL Group is a significant player."
