The free 45-minute session, the second in the trade bodies Leaders of the Future webinars, take place at 10am on Tuesday 4 August.
It's open to members and non-members alike.
According to the association, Staniforth will call on his personal experiences of mental ill health, endurance challenges and disasters on Mount Everest to challenge the stigma around mental health and help attendees develop develop a “resilience rucksack”.
As well as exploring the resilience rucksack, the other key takeaways will be: identifying the risks and consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on our mental health and also how to support others remotely who may be struggling, and early intervention with potential mental health problems.
