The Tewkesbury-based firm closed its doors last Monday (22 September) after conditions became too tough to continue trading, said Atul Gandhi of owner AVG Corporation.
PwC in Birmingham was brought in as liquidator.
Gandhi said Nottingham-based Centerprint, which was part of Beshara Press Group, was now independent and was not affected by the problems at Beshara. However, reports from Experian still list Beshara as Centerprints parent company and principal shareholder, with AVG as its ultimate parent.
Gandhi bought Beshara Press Group in June 2002, pipping Midlands Publishing Holdings chief executive Nicholas Humes to the deal (PrintWeek, 28 June 2002).
Beshara was number 318 in last years PrintWeek Top 500 with sales of 6.9m.
