The Exeter B2 and B3 printer has taken delivery of a Polar 92X guillotine, Stahlfolder T52 and a Stitchmaster ST100-4 saddlestitcher.
It believes it will now be able to get some jobs out a day sooner than previously.
Ashley House has appointed new staff to handle both the folding and stitching work, although it is unclear how many as yet.
Rob Otton, who bought the firm two years ago, said: “The first attraction was the Polar because I know you can rely and trust that equipment and I also knew the Stahlfolder would work for us.
“I wasn’t familiar with the stitcher, but I had good recommendations from users.”
Ashley moves cutting and folding in-house
Ashley House Printing Company has brought its cutting, folding and stitching functions in-house and believes it will save around 10,000 a month.
