"It is our aim to supply 'no nonsense' lamination which is simple but productive," said ArtSystems sales director Steve Hawker. "These are mid-price, high-output and very reliable machines."

The thermal Tornado laminator is available in two configurations either 1,080mm or 1,600mm wide. The 3m per minute machines incorporate digital temperature and speed controls.

The Tempest 1600 is a 4m per minute cold laminator capable of mounting, laminating and encapsulating media up to 1.6m wide.

It features digital speed adjustment and an upper roller heating system to improve polymerisation and avoid micro-bubbles.

All three units can handle substrates up to 25mm thick and use auto-grip shafts for easy loading. They also feature an integral brake, simple film tension control and easy-clean silicon coated rollers.
