The company said its acquisition of the Danish-based business, which was announced on 15 September, would accelerate the European and global expansion of its Scene7 graphic asset management platform.
Doug Mack, Adobe's vice president and general manager of consumer and hosted solutions, said: "YaWah has built an excellent product, customer base and a supportive set of partners that deliver dynamic rich media across Europe.
"YaWah's market knowledge and technology, integrated with Scene7, will ensure that European companies have immediate access to hosted media solutions that are transforming the online experience for some of the web's most visited sites."
Adobe said that the addition of YaWah was not expected to have a material impact on revenue and earnings in its current fiscal year.
