The multi-talented Damien has spent 17 years in the industry. As well as being a printer he is also a chimney sweep, which we think could be a first. He’s been married for two years and when not printing or sweeping can be found volunteering at Crystal Palace FC, or failing that playing golf.

What is your nickname?

Fabio. I don’t even know why. A friend called me Fabio at 18 and it has stuck. My wife hates it!

Why did you get into printing?

I fell into it, to be honest. After an electrician’s course I was looking for something else to do. Two trades and all that

What would be your dream job?

Astronaut or storm chasing

Who would play you in a movie about your life?

Matt Damon, although he is not as fit as I am

What is your dream bit of kit?

A Speedmaster XL 75 in Palace colours

What would you most like to print?

Crystal Palace FC programmes

What is your favourite film?

I watched The Way Way Back recently. Great film

What is your favourite TV programme?

Sky Sports News

Who or what do you hate the most?

Chris Moyles, Vernon Kay. I cannot believe someone has let them back on the radio

What is your favourite saying?

Have those packets been unwrapped for me?

What is your favourite album?

Colour It In by The Maccabees

What is your greatest luxury in life?

Volunteering at Palace, it’s great being behind the scenes of a football club

What is the strangest job you’ve had?

Selling kitchens on the phone. I lasted a week – impossible!

Who would you like to be stuck on a desert island with?

Joe Ledley, have you seen his dancing? It would be a laugh

What is your greatest ambition?

I am fairly simple, just to be happy. Which I am!

Digital printing

Most embarrassing moment?

I was in Rome with a girlfriend on a very busy bus, we had to stand and hold on, and somehow I ended up kissing an Italian bloke’s hand. He took it well and laughed though

Where would you like to be right now?

Lopud, Croatia. Beautiful island

What’s your worst fashion disaster?

I think I had a pair of black and white army trousers

Which superpower would you like to have?

To fly. It would save a fortune in petrol
