Truth or Dare - All Presses will be Digital by 20’x’
Will all presses be digital, will colour be the prevailing standard, will variable data and transactional printing become the norm? Or is finishing holding back the digital market? What about digital substrates and the whole ‘click or no click’ argument? The panel will debate this hot topic and challenge Rochester Institute of Technology School of Print Media professor emeritus Frank Romano’s prediction that “Digital print will account for half of all printing by 2015 and perhaps 65% by 2020”.
Speakers will include
John Charnock, St Ives
Kevin O’Donnell, Xerox
Pat McGrew, Kodak GCG
James Shand, e-knows Consulting
