According to the firm, the product offers excellent colour performance, with high vibrancy and an extended colour gamut.

Tim Phillips, marketing manager, said: "The XenInx Amethyst has been produced especially for high-volume printing on textiles such as cotton and silk. 

"It has a much better colour richness and vibrancy against competing products."

The product is available in cyan, magenta, yellow, black, red, orange and blue and has a shelf life of 12 months.

At Fespa, Xennia Technology will showcase a range of its latest inkjet technology products that can be used for garment fabrics and technical textiles.

The manufacturer will also outline its technology developments for textile coating and finishing, including water-repellent, dirt-repellent, self-cleaning coatings and many other technical textile applications.

The price of the Xennia Technology XenInx products varies depending on the volume required.
