Four different packages make up the new portfolio, which will be demonstrated on X-Rite's stand (10/D260) throughout the show. The free PrintCheck Reader enables print buyers to remotely ‘watch over' their print jobs; PrintCheck Review is for brand owners who want to be able to check the quality of prints themselves; PrintCheck is aimed at SME printers and tells them when their presses are operating within a defined standard; and PressOptimizer, targeted at mid-size to large offset printers, offers a "very easy to use solution for effective process control and press standardisation".
On announcing the deal, Tom Vacchiano, X-Rite's chief executive, said: "These products will allow X-Rite's customers to take full advantage of the ISO standardisation features in our product portfolio, resulting in increased quality and traceability for print buyers and brand owners."
X-Rite will commence taking orders for the new range at the show with all four products due to start shipping in July.
