TCS’ Nottingham-based showroom will open its door on 7 and 8 November to promote its finishing and paper-handling portfolio.
Among the products on show will be Bagel’s Digifav B2 automatic or hand-fed laminator that can handle both digital and litho work. Bagel signed TCS as an exclusive distributor in June to launch its products in the UK.
The Bagel partnership was TCS’ second signing of the year, as Zechini contracted the finishing supplier to distribute its X-Book range of casing machines in the UK.
Roby Junior 2, the all-in-one casemaker, will be on display at the show, along with Zechini’s Special 85 Book Press and Cimatic Joint Former.
Representatives from Zechini and Bagel will be on hand to discuss products and give demonstrations. TCS has exhibited with Zechini before at Drupa, where it launched the VIP Press Endpaper gluer.
Alongside the Zechini range, the BB3002 Perfect Binder from CP Bourg will be on display. It has options of EVA or PUR glue tanks and is the only binder in the world with an integrated creasing unit to create multiple creases in digitally printed covers.
TCS sales manager Dean Stayne said that the Zechini machines, targeted towards digital and litho printers, complement TCS’ flagship CP Bourg range and widens its bookbinding knowledge.
The CCM 78 automatic guillotine with an automatic knife function for repeated cutting from CCM Premier will also be live at the show.
Stayne said: "Our open house event gives easy access to our UK customers who may not have been able to make the exhibitions, to discuss the new range in detail and as well as their applications and finance."
TCS will also be giving away a free iPad3 with every machine ordered at the event.
