The book, themed around ‘commemorative coins of Republic India’ will have its cover jacket presented in a soft copy.
In accordance with the concept, the coffee table book will be an illustrative compilation of 100-120 double spread pages of creatively placed images of each of the coins with the content in bilingual format.
The bidder should have minimum three years experience of designing, graphics, layout and content development of coffee table book, magazines, product catalogues or brochures and should have printed coffee table books for government, public sector undertakings, public sector, banks or autonomous government organisations in last three financial years ending 31 March, 2011.
SPMCIL will hold a pre-bid conference on 5 August, 2011 at Corporate Office, New Delhi for clarification (if any) on the technical specifications and other terms and conditions of tender.
The bids should be submitted on or before 15 September, 2011 and should be addressed to: Deputy manager (Marketing), Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited, 16th floor, Jawahar Vyapar Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi -110 001.
