The two tenders, which conclude at midday on 30 November, were opened on 3 November and 4 November respectively.
The contracts were launched a few days before it became public that Royal Mail was to close iRed, its print management business.
Royal Mail Group is seeking a single supplier to provide print management and print production services. The four year contract has been valued between £68m-£80m.
Meanwhile, Post Office has put out a similar contract, valued at £15m-£21m over four years.
Both contracts include print management, print production, distribution, storage, stockholding, invoicing and print and are split into eleven bundles.
Initial contracts will be for two years, with the option of an additional two years on top.
