The AB500, which is available to view on Renz's stand (20/C669), will be the first of its kind in the UK. It was launched at Drupa two years ago.
Paper Innovations said it had had a number of requests from customers for wire-bound books.
Managing director Steve Johnston said: "We have been around for 16 years, but we have always specialised in the adhesive note sector. Our customers want to be able to get their wire-binding in the same place.
"It is an area that is completely new to us - we haven't touched it before. But Renz will be assisting us after the machine is installed to get things off the ground. It is a lot more than just banging a machine out of the door. We have had requests for jobs involving as much as 20,000 at a time."
Paper Innovations will handle the production of wire-binding inhouse, for customers from as far away as Poland and Turkey.
Johnston added: "We are keeping the work local and protecting UK jobs. Last year our business grew 30%, this year we expect to grow another 10%."
