Over three separate judging days, judges from companies such as Dennis Publishing, Emap Inform, Grant Thornton, The National Gallery, Penguin, RSPCA, Telegraph Media Group and Tesco scrutinised more than two hundred submissions to come up with a shortlist that truly represents the best that British print has to offer.
"All 26 judges were all genuinely impressed with the standard of entries, illustrated by the fact that some actually asked if they could keep some of the entries for future reference," said PrintWeek editor and chair of the judging panel Darryl Danielli.
"It's fantastic to note that the level and quality of entries were so high, especially when you consider the economic climate, but once again the strength of entries proves that now, more than ever, print really does have cause for celebrating all that is great about the industry."
Tickets are now available for the PrintWeek Awards ceremony on 19 October at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London. For more information, contact Lucy McLaughlin via email or on 020 8267 8057, alternatively visit the Awards website.
