Headquartered in Mumbai, the company has its manufacturing unit in China. "The move to setup a manufacturing base in China was a strategic move for four reasons – technology, production, quality and cost factor," said Rajinder S Khurana, owner of Deluxe Printing.

The company manufactures a series of automatic carton folder gluer for different applications. There is the folder gluer 580 PC which is a heavy-duty high-speed (250 metres per minute) machine with pre-folding section mainly suitable for small and large carton packaging for cosmetics, pharma, FMCG and other cardboard packaging.

"We have different machines for applications ranging from duplex board B, E and F flutes. One of the leading packaging printers in India, MK Printpack, with plants in Haridwar and Daman, is our first customer for the machine," said Khurana.

For MK Printpack this is the second Deluxe installation within a span of three months.
