The not-for-profit trip on 24-25 May has been organised by Andrew Wilson of Unity Print & Publishing. It includes luxury coach travel to and from London to the NEC, and an overnight stay with dinner at Wroxall Abbey Estate near Warwick.
Wilson has secured sponsorship from Vio, Denmaur Papers, Ricoh and Kodak to subside the costs involved, allowing places to be priced at just £70.
"I wanted to support my community and I thought one of the ways I could do that would be by making it easy to visit Ipex with a neat little package," Wilson explained.
Attendees will have flexibility to pursue their own agendas during their time at the show, although Wilson will help tailor visits if required. "I'm aiming to distill something like 1,000 Ipex exhibitors down to those that are most relevant for those of us involved in print production and purchasing," he added.
Places on the trip are limited and can be booked by contacting Sharon Moncur on 01737 780150 or by email on sharon@professionalproject.com.
