The US-based company sold its first IntelliJet 20 Printing system into Latin America to client TSYS Mexico, which handles statements for banks and retail firms. The sale, worth $2m, means TSYS now contracts a complete end-to-end service from Pitney Bowes.
Vice-president of marketing Kevin Marks said the deal signified the culmination of a phased global expansion.
The company also confirmed a €2.5m order from Swiss business process and IT outsourcing firm B-Source Outline, including two Mailstream Evolution Inserting systems, one Mailstream Productivity Series Inserter and its Direct Connect software package.
