PCP to print tourist literature for Yorkshire council

Precision Colour Printing (PCP) has won a year-long contract to print the tourism guides for East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

The Telford-based web printer won the contract through Webmart, a print management company based in Scotland, Yorkshire and Oxfordshire.

One 88pp guide for the Bridlington area and one 72pp item, entitled The Main Guide, for Hull and East Yorkshire will be produced. Both titles have runs of 60,000 and come in A4 format.

Simon Biltcliffe, managing director of Webmart, said: "We are up 25% this year so far because we are a low-cost business and therefore people want the same quality, same cost, but lower price. It's a simple need that we deliver."
