Presstek will showcase its DI digital offset and chemistry-free CTP products while Murodigital will represent Xerox at the show, demonstrating the Xerox 1000 colour production press, alongside Plockmatic 1000s and 200e offline booklet makers.

Presstek UK sales director Peter Banks said the show was taking place at a time when a combination of current market conditions was "creating a perfect market opportunity" for the company.

Murodigital national product manager Adrian Brooks said he was pleased to be the sole Xerox exhibitor at the show and that it helped the company stand out as the "total digital solutions provider".

IIR Print Group director Trevor Crawford said: "Despite the uncertainty of the economy, the UK print industry continues to look positively towards the future, and it's encouraging to see commitment that leading players are still showing towards Northprint, confirming its place on the 2011 calendar as a significant networking, technology and educational event."

Northprint takes place on 10-12 May in Harrogate.
