The Tile Hill printing and mailing business has expanded in recent years after recruiting Rebecca Thomas, Mitch Morris and Lucy Wallace.

Thomas has passed NVQ administration levels two and three while working at the company over the last three years and is now aiming to complete her Higher National Certificate in business in November.

Morris, who previously worked as a carpenter for Coventry City Council has just qualified as a printer on the company's modern print technology producing a range of items such as business cards and stationery.

Lastly Wallace, who joined last month as an apprentice administrator, is studying for an NVQ level two in administration and carries out valuable reception duties and office work.

Link Mailing managing director Deborah Donaldson said there were plenty of individuals that deserved the chance to demonstrate their talents.  

She added: "They are all invaluable and are contributing to the success of Link Mailing which is going to grow following our acquisition of Print5 since we have extended the range of printing services that we now offer."

The company's acquisition of local business Print5 last month involved Link Mailing taking on a full-colour Heidleberg Press, two wide-format printers and two Konica Minolta high volume printers, one mono and one colour. In addition it was joined by six staff from Print5.
