The Midsomer Norton headquartered business acquired Topflite Labels just over three years ago, and subsequently invested in new equipment for the operation including a Xeikon 3300 digital label press.
"Our labels business is now operating at a run rate of £5m turnover and we’re looking to grow and develop it to £10m," said Integrity chief executive Mark Cornford. "We want to do more with labels, it’s an enormous market and we want a bigger piece of it."
Cornford is reviewing various options to help the business hit its growth targets, and is considering bringing in specific additional business development expertise for the labels wing.
Further capital investment in digital printing technology is also on the cards.
He said the now-£68m turnover group was "shape-shifting" by growing in other areas, such as security printing and transactional printing, in anticipation of the move away from preprinted base stock in its trade business forms operation.
"White paper will have an impact on our preprint business so our strategy is to develop new business areas in what is a changing marketplace," Cornford added.
