The new prepress features, which HumanEyes claims as an industry first, simplify the pre-press process, improve lenticular productivity and provide superior lenticular print quality.
Producer3D has been chosen for live lenticular printing demonstrations by five partners at the show, including Fujifilm, Océ, Gandinnovations, KBA and HP.
HumanEyes chief executive Duby Hodd said Producer3D, which replaces HumanEyes 1.3, was suitable for every digital and commercial litho printer looking to grow its business through investment in technology.
"Producer3D is a breakthrough in lenticular printing, demonstrating our leadership in the development of ground-breaking lenticular and 3D solutions," Hodd added.
"The extensive range of new features we have built into this product will be unveiled at Drupa 2008."
Simon Joy, production manager at UK-based Reflex Printed Plastics, was involved in beta testing the new lenticular software.
He said: "HumanEyes has listened to customers and developed a software that is very easy to use and offers considerable productivity gains in the lenticular printing process through simplification of the user interface.
"The level of functionality is exceptional for lenticular software, and has the potential to open doors to a lot of new market sectors for those who use the software to its full capacity."
