The Grimsby-based company said that it expected to boost productivity and increase its turnover once the machine had been installed.
The company had been asked to meet increasingly tight deadlines by its customers and, it said, wanted to cut downtime.
Managing director Damian Holden said: "Makeready is a big consideration for us and this system will cut the time taken by 50%.
"It will also make us more competitive on the longer and more complex jobs. With our older machine we could produce 40-page products but customers were requesting 60-80 pages, which we were sending out. Now we can complete these jobs in-house," he said.
GSB produces a wide range of general commercial print including letterheads and business cards for a range of local and national organisations including Cardsave, North Lincs Council and North East Lincs Council.
