Gopi Paper Mart installed the first Nova RB104 in March 2011 and according to Dimpu Patel, director of the company: "We bought the second machine after assessing our market requirement. It will now allow us to manufacture high quality exercise notebooks for the domestic market but for the export market as well."
Established in 1995 the company manufactures various applications for stationey including its flgaship Vidyalekhan A4 college book, crown book, long book and notebook.
"Line O Matic’s worldwide reach includes 1200 installations worldwide which includes exports to countries like Venezuela, Ecuador, Indonesia, Russia, Uzbekistan, Israel, Trinidad & Tobago, Egypt, Ethiopia, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Sudan, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Ghana, Malawi, Zambia and Nepal apart from very large base of installations in India," said Mukesh Sonani, marketing manager at Line O Matic.
Nova RB104 was launched by Line O Matic at PrintPack 2011 in January and includes shaft less and hydraulic lifting reel unwinding stand, ruling or flexo printing tower, cross cutting unit, sheet overlapping unit, sheet counting and collating unit, one inserter for pre-printed index sheet and one inserter for pre-printed title covers, wire stitching unit, folding unit, square back pressing unit, front cutting unit, book separating cutting unit, book delivery table, waste removal system, centralised auto lubrication system and centralised control panel (PLC) with all electrical motors and standard accessories.
Gopi Mart in Gujarat installs second Nova RB104 exercise book machine
Ahmedabad-based Gopi Paper Mart has opted for the second Nova RB104 automatic exercise book machine from the Indian manufacturer Line O Matic within a period of six months.
