The Brillia HD Pro-V, which is suitable for both commercial and newspaper printing, will be available to order at the show in May.
The Brillia High Definition range now includes processed, chemistry-free and processless alternatives for both thermal and violet platemaking. All plates are rated at 1-99% resolution, 200lpi and capable of printing 20μm FM.
The Pro-V plate is based on a new "high-sensitivity polymerisation" technology that offers printers better environmental processing, a smaller space footprint and less waste production.
The sensitivity, productivity and ink/water balance is the same as the current conventional violet CTP plate, Brillia LP-NV.
