The two-year deal with Midlands Co-op involves supplying all of its marketing and operational print, direct mail and point of sale materials.
Stephen Beresford, Midlands Co-operative’s PR and marketing manager said the company was a significant buyer of print and therefore required a "very comprehensive solution".
"Etrinsic demonstrated that they have the experience and infrastructure to provide us with a solution that meets our strict ethical requirements whilst still maintaining quality and cost control," he added.
Matt Bird, managing director of Solihull-based Etrinsic, said the contract to supply the 8,000-staff Midlands Co-op was "an important win" for the business.
He said: "The contract was subject to a strict tender process which emphasised the need for strong ethical and sustainable values as well as fair business practices.
Etrinsic has a proven track record in these areas with a reputation for driving environmental performance and corporate responsibility through the supply chain."
