The paper merchant have moved its Yeovil site to Avonmouth, Bristol, where it is set on the Avonmouth Industrial estate and has storeage of up to 1,000 pallets.

EBB sales and marketing director Chris Sandwell said the new site is situated to serve customers more effectively.

The move is also part of a wider plan to improve distribution within the West Country and is set to expand the sales area to include South Wales, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Cirencester.

Sandwell said: "Since we opened the site in Yeovil, we have seen sales grow every year and this move will enable EBB to continue with its growth plans."

Six staff will be made redundant following the move while the rest of the staff will move across.
