The system incorporates the Cyrel round thermal processor and Cyrel Fast round photopolymer sleeves, as well as a high-resolution cantilevered Cyrel Digital Imager.
DuPont said it can produce more than four high-quality imaged sleeves per hour, with the first print form ready to go on press in 30 minutes.
The system was designed to lower the cost of entry for the production of continuous photopolymer print forms, in both wide web and narrow web applications, and can be used without solvents.
DuPont to exhibit Cyrel Fast system at Ipex 2010
DuPont Packaging Graphics will showcase its latest Cyrel products at Ipex 2010, including the Cyrel Fast round flexo sleeve imaging system that it introduced at Drupa.
