The post-press vendor has signed up Antalis, LumeJet, Neopost, Optimus and Taopix as partners at the open house which takes place at East Wintergarden in London’s Canary Wharf.
The five new sign-ups will join established partners Balreed, Esko, Renz, Vivid and Vpress.
In partnership with Duplo the 10 firms will join forces for live integrated demonstrations of their key products and technologies.
For the first time, London Calling will also feature seminar sessions, which will be hosted by the BPIF and Neopost, looking at the latest industry research, change management and best practice.
“For us London Calling is about inspiration. We don’t want it to be just a hardware or machinery show, we want people to come and meet like-minded individuals, facing the same challenges, and share and learn about best practice,” said Duplo UK managing director Peter Jolly.
As well as hosting a wide-range of seminars and demos, Duplo will also use the event to premiere around eight new products.
Previously the firm had hinted that one of the launches will be a new fully automatic stitcher, but it has also since suggested that the event will be the springboard for an integrated folding system for the Ipex launched DC-646Pro multi-finisher, similar to the folding system on the DC-645, but with no loss in productivity.
London Calling is also likely to signal the commercial availability of the UltraBind 6000, the 600cph PUR binder that was shown as a technology demonstration at Ipex earlier this year.
“In essence we will be launching a new product for each of our product categories, but we will be unveiling more in the coming weeks,” said Duplo UK marketing manager Sarah Crumpler.
London Calling ‘Without Limits’ takes place on 15-16 October.
