Staff at the Rugby-based, £4m-turnover company came back after the royal wedding bank holiday to find substantial damage from the flooding, which was caused by a burst pipe outside of the factory.
Datagraphic had to replace many reams of paper along with the canteen and toilet floors.
The company currently has six Kern mailers, including four 2000s, one 2500 and one 686.
Datagraphic operations director Keith Adams, said: "It was a big clear-up operation for us and one casualty was our old mailer. The water hit the back of our factory and as it was a bank holiday there was no-one around to see it. Luckily the damage was covered by insurance."
The company started using the new mailer last week after fitting a camera integrity system.
Adams added: "We are pleased that the damage caused by the flooding has now been resolved. The new mailer is up and running and we are very pleased with it."
