Elmy has previously worked at Centurfax, Russell-Webb and RW Coatings, and has more than 35 years experience in the printing industry.

Baco was formed in 2007 in Ireland by Basty, and the company develops and produces surfactants and additives for the production of printing chemicals for pre-press and press-room applications.
