The company said highlights of the new release include the new Sign Off app, which allows iPhone or Android phone users to upload all information directly to a job bag, and review, check and sign off wide-format and signage jobs anywhere, anytime. The company said it is easy to use for both internal and external team members.
Advanced functionality in the new Outsource Portal feature, meanwhile, allows greater control, connectivity, and automation when ordering from suppliers, delivering both artwork and purchase order details straight into the supplier’s portal.
Additionally, advanced functionality in IQ Link allows customers to collaborate with fellow IQ users to offer products not currently manufactured in-house. Dynamic synchronisation of purchase orders, job tracking, and progress in production removes the need for calls and emails.
There is also further functionality with Infigo, delivering live pricing and stock control, plus dynamic ‘push’ updates in Infigo storefronts.
Other features include an approve module, data capture, commissions, promotional products, single product creation quick ordering, expanded stock size options, new dispatch export mass shipping, capacity planner updates, APIs, and webhooks.
Global sales director Paul Bromley said: “V46 is an incredibly powerful advancement for our MIS and has been developed by listening to our customers and the marketplace that they serve.
“We consider ourselves to be both innovative and consistent with our technological advances ensuring our solution never stands still in this market sector and the main reason why customers are looking to migrate to a new MIS ‘present day’ solution.
“IQ has always prided itself on its ongoing R&D programme because we have a business solution that is so much more than just an MIS. IQ delivers workflow automation and business intelligence at the core of everything we do.
“IQ’s slick looking user interface is helping companies navigate the current staffing shortage which means that new starters can be up to speed with IQ only days after joining which is a major asset to business owners struggling with skill shortages.”
The company will demonstrate the new features and updates on Stand P85 at the Sign & Digital UK show at the NEC in Birmingham next week (21 to 23 March).
