The Ignite Virtual Experience online event will take place on 21, 22 and 23 April.
"In the current global [coronavirus] crisis situation, with so many events being cancelled, EFI wants to ensure that customers and potential customers can have access to information they need to move their businesses forward," said Ken Hanulec, EFI vice president of worldwide marketing.
Sessions will be streamed from EFI demo centres in Belgium, Israel and the US and will include live demos and masterclasses on many of EFI’s roll-to-roll, hybrid and flatbed printers, Fiery digital front end, IQ Cloud and workflows and MIS.
As well as hosting the Ignite Virtual Experience EFI is also arranging private virtual demos featuring the live production of their own jobs from supplied files.
"There are companies that still need to make important technology decisions, and we are leveraging all of our resources around the globe, making our experts and our technologies available to better enable PSPs in their search for the most-effective production solutions," said Hanulec.
In total, the event will play host to 28 sessions of 30- to 90-minutes across the three days, starting at 9am BST and running though to early evening.
As well as hosting product demos to highlight core features to prospects and unlock high-end features to enable existing customers to maximise their investments, it will also feature a keynote from EFI’s new chief technology officer Doug Edwards and a series of Q&A sessions with EFI product, marketing and R&D experts where delegates can pose questions, and application demos and webinars to highlight future business opportunities.
